The birth of Nayan Sukh Optician

A New Beginning

In 1990, beside Santivita Hospital, Ranchi, Nayan Sukh Optician was born.

With just a 300 sq. ft. shop, this was not an expansion—it was a bold new beginning.

Mr. Ratan Kumar Gupta stepped away from the family business to build something of his own.

There was no inheritance, no backing—only experience, honesty, and unwavering faith in hard work.

in 1995, a visionary step was taken—the introduction of the first OPD clinic.

The idea was simple yet powerful:

When a doctor treats with integrity, the patient feels confident, satisfied, and safe.

From optical to eye care

Vision Expands to Nayan Sukh Care

With growing trust came greater responsibility.

In 2000, Nayan Sukh Care was established—an integrated vision of optical services and an eye hospital with 7 beds.

Under the guidance of Dr. Malay Verma, the hospital journey truly began.

Yes. Nayan Sukh Exclusive is an authorised dealer of every brand we carry — each piece is genuine, sourced directly, and comes with the brand’s warranty.

Can I get prescription (power) lenses fitted?

Absolutely. Most frames can be fitted with prescription lenses — just choose “Choose your Lens” on the product page and share your prescription during checkout.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day exchange on frames that are unused and in their original condition. Refunds are issued as a credit note; customised lens orders are not returnable.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery is 2–10 working days across India, depending on your location and courier partner. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Can I book a home eye checkup?

Yes — visit our Home Eye Checkup page, share your details, and our team will confirm your appointment on WhatsApp.
