All eyewear and optical products sold by us come with a one-year manufacturing warranty. If you encounter any manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or provide store credit in accordance with our after-sales policy. Shipping Charges
Eyewear
Domestic (India):
- We offer free standard shipping across India.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days
- Express shipping is available at an additional charge of ₹750, with delivery in 3–5 business days.
- Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, or the best available alternative.
International:
- Standard international shipping is available at a flat rate of ₹5,500.
- International orders are shipped via DHL Express. If DHL does not service a specific location, an alternative courier will be used.
Contact Lenses
- Most contact lens orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days after order confirmation.
- Certain specialized or custom lenses may require additional processing time.
If multiple products are ordered together, all items will be shipped in a single shipment to reduce environmental impact.
In case of any significant delay in dispatch or delivery, our team will keep you informed.
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Please inform us of your intent to exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Eligible exchanges may be processed as a product replacement or store credit for future purchases, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
