Nayan Sukh Exclusive reserves the right to correct, update, or change any such information, or cancel orders if needed, at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). - Nayan Sukh Exclusive shall not be liable to compensate the customer in any manner for delays in product or service delivery beyond the originally committed delivery date.
Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics or unforeseen operational reasons, and no compensation will be offered for such delays. - Nayan Sukh Exclusive reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of a committed product or service, quality concerns, or due to the inability to deliver for any reason whatsoever.
In the event of such a cancellation, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded via the original mode of payment.
Nayan Sukh Exclusive shall not be liable to offer any compensation beyond the refund of the amount paid for the order. - Customers are strongly advised to record a full unboxing video while opening their order.
This serves as valid proof in case any claim or investigation is required regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted. - Product images shown on the website are for representation purposes only.
Actual product color, finish, or texture may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen brightness, or display settings.
Such minor variations shall not be considered defects and are not eligible for return or replacement. - Prescription (power) lenses are customized as per the customer's prescription and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
In case of any issue, the product will be examined by our team, and only verified manufacturing defects will be eligible for resolution.
No compensation or replacement will be offered for incorrect prescriptions provided by the customer.

Orders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. However, if you need to make changes, you may request an update by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order number and the required modifications. You can also email us at nayansukhcare@gmail.com for assistance.
If you still wish to cancel your order, the order value will be issued as store credit, which has no expiry and can be used for future purchases.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it will not be possible to stop delivery to the address provided at checkout. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Gift Cards

If multiple products are ordered together, all items will be shipped in a single shipment to reduce environmental impact.
In case of any significant delay in dispatch, our team will keep you informed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number.

If deliveries are delayed beyond these timelines due to factors outside our control (such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier disruptions), we will notify you accordingly. Please note that express shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our logistics partner will re-attempt delivery as per their policy. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will keep you informed and assist you with the next steps.
Nayan Sukh Exclusive is not responsible for products that are lost or stolen after being marked as successfully delivered by our logistics partners to the shipping address provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of βΉ5,500 per order.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. If DHL does not service a specific destination or postal code, an alternative international courier will be used.
No. Due to high international shipping costs and customs duties applicable on inbound shipments to India, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are payable by the recipient upon arrival.

Nayan Sukh Exclusive is not responsible for products that are lost or stolen after being marked as successfully delivered by our logistics partners to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase made online, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are provided in the form of store credit, which has no expiry date.
The 7-day period is calculated from the date the product is delivered to you until the date it is picked up by the logistics partner.
Please note:
- All sales are final. We have a strict no-refund policy.
- Exchanges are only permitted for products available in current stock.
Any product specially sourced or custom-ordered for you is not eligible for exchange.
If you choose to exchange your product, it must be returned along with a request for store credit. The store credit can be used toward your next purchase.
- If the new product costs more than the credit amount, the balance must be paid.
- Any remaining credit can be used for future purchases.
Sometimes discomfort is caused by minor fit issues. We recommend booking a frame tune-up at one of our locations, where our trained technicians can make adjustments that significantly improve comfort.
All store credits are issued only after a thorough quality check of the returned product.
Contact Lenses
- Boxes must be unopened, untampered, and in original condition.
- Opened or damaged boxes are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sunglasses & Frames
- Must be unused and unworn
- Original invoice (physical or digital) must be provided
- All original items must be returned, including:

* Dust bags and packaging

Yes. Gifted products may be returned for store credit only.
Refunds are not provided for gift orders.
The original invoice is mandatory for processing the return.
We take great care with packaging, but in rare cases issues may occur.
Please share the following within 72 hours of delivery:
- Unboxing video clearly showing all contents
- Photos highlighting the defect or incorrect item

For incorrect orders, the correct product will be dispatched within 15 days after verification.

All products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty, covering:
- Missing components
- Lens coating delamination or peeling
- Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
- Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
- Manufacturing or soldering defects

The product will need to be shipped to us for inspection. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Nayan Sukh Exclusive reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

- Damage caused by chemicals
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Products repaired or altered by third parties are not eligible for warranty claims.

Yes. Normal loosening can occur with regular use.
